The hotel was a great base for enjoying a pretty quiet area, near to filled as well as the highway right in Mystic. The staff were all helpful, attentive. I loved the room with 2 full size beds, my bed was comfortable. Everywhere there was fairly clean.

I had a wonderful time exploring Mystic, and the friendly staff really made my stay enjoyable and hassle-free while I easily strolled to nearby Olde Mistick Village or the Mystic Diner for a meal.

bathroom was not completely clean and towels were wet and smelly as if they had not been changed

Room service takes a long time to fix the room. On one occasion they fixed it at seven in the evening and on another at nine at night, and always after asking them to fix the room.

We had a decent stay here! The complimentary bagels were fresh and the coffee was good, plus the bed was really comfortable. However, our room had a couple of issues but overall it was clean. I might consider coming back if things improve.
